23.6.2021 - Meeting via video conference today, the IP5 Heads of Office reaffirmed their shared view that intellectual property is critical to fostering and protecting the innovation needed to address the COVID-19 pandemic. They recognized the changing needs of users in the post-pandemic “new normal” and agreed to focus their co-operation on initiatives that benefit users. The 14th annual meeting of the IP5 Heads was hosted by the JPO and was preceded by a virtual meeting between the IP5 Heads and IP5 Industry.
